Born Sharon Murphy (Brit – nickname), Brittany now is living her dream as a gypsy, only, modified.
Brittany started performing in local theater productions at an early age of 9. Determined to pursue a career in acting, Brittany swayed her mother at age 13 to dig up for her own manager and her career went on rolling by doing television commercials. Brittany Murphy has modeled for the Gap ads. In the year 1991, she and her mother prompted to go in Burbank, California and there she acquired her first TV role on the comedy Blossom.

Casting in Blossom started the string of other roles in different movies and TV shows. Blossom piloted Brittany into a role on the series "Drexell's Class" on the same year but was not firmly established. She also got a role in the comedy Emma meets "Beverly Hills, 90210" in 1990 where she starred opposite of Alicia Silverstone.
A major breakthrough in Brittany’s life was the movie Clueless in 1995 where she secured major attention among viewers and movie critics.

Brittany Murphy played as Daisy - the uneasy, chicken-possessive character, in Girl, Interrupted where co-starred Angelina Jolie and Winona Ryder. Full dysfunctional roles, she then had another role as a mentally disturbed patient in the eerie motion picture Don’t Say a Word. Differing from these roles, she played a lighter role along with Ashton Kutcher’s (her ex-boyfriend) in the movie Just Married.

She also played a role in the comedy movie Tai as Alicia Silverstone's (Cher) best friend. Unluckily, the movie’s TV show version did not have a recapitulation of her role and neither did the role remodeled.
This beautiful lady who has the habit of singing in between movie takes was nominated in the Young Artist Awards for best leading female performance for the role she played in the television film David and Lisa in 1998.

Brittany Murphy also has a share of good voice. Her voice can be heard as a lead singer in the early 1990s of her band Blessed Soul. Consequently, since 1997, she has a voice to claim on King of the Hill, an animated TV series as the voice of Luanne, an animated character who was pronounced one of the sexiest women by a major men’s magazine on television.
Brittany Murphy carried out numerous grand nominations and she acquired the Young Hollywood Award Standout Performance by a Young Actor – Female.
